Delivery Information
International Deliveries
We deliver nationwide, all deliveries within London and surrounding counties will be carried out by our delivery team. Anything outside this we will dispatch via a third party haulage company, you will need to specify if the delivery address is and separate to your companies registered address and if you require a tail lift.
For next working day delivery orders must be placed by 1pm the day before. If your order is out of stock we will consult you on your lead time. Our general lead time is between same day and 3 working days, we advise you order as early as possible to avoid us missing your requirements.
While we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, we can not guarantee specific delivery times from our third party haulage company. The free delivery is a standard service, if you require a AM delivery there will be additional costs. Once dispatched you will be provided with a tracking link and booking number.
If the delivery date is missed or a customer is unavailable to receive the goods, the items will be held at your local depot. Please then contact us to reschedule delivery.
No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss or damage caused by unexpected delays. If any of your order is incomplete please notify us straight away so we can resend promptly and investigate. Once Goods have been dispatched cancellations are not accepted, in unique circumstances we will arrange collection and make a refund.
Inspection of Delivered Goods
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all delivered goods. Couriers are required to wait while you check your purchase. By signing for the goods, you confirm that they are in satisfactory condition. If you find any damage, refuse the delivery at that time. No claims for damaged goods can be made after signing. Be sure to inspect the items, including unboxing them, upon delivery.
